  1. To embed Handball within schools in Dorset and create a network of schools playing regular Handball

  2. Develop talent from within the school system linking into Poole Phoenix Handball 

  3. Create 2 teams at every age group for both Boys and Girls 

  4. Develop 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams at Senior level for both Men and Women 

  5. Become the best know club in Dorset 

  6. Win the EHF Champions League in 2035 for Men and Women

    (we will find oppourtunities for our paying members to play in competition)
