John Pearce

Coach + Chair

John competed in the London 2012 Olympic games for Team GB, played in Denmark and Norway. After which he went on to coach the GBu21 and GBu18 sides over 10 years from2014 to 2024. A founder of the club and coaches in schools

Ellie Woodford

Coach and Commitee

One of the first generation of Handballers in the area coming through school, then club and now a coach! Ellie has coached in the England Handball pathways as well as Dorset Handball and runs Mini Handball Poole!

Jess Willcox

Coach and Commitee

Jess has been in Poole Phoenix from the start! She has coaches across al the age groups and support schools coaching across the area. She plays for the senior team and coaches mini hadnball and Dorset!
